SEN Administration Support 

Start date: ASAP
Hours:  25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Times: Hours to be worked on a part time basis spread equally over Monday-Friday.
Salary: Grade C, Point 5-7

Plympton Academy is seeking to appoint an SEN Administrator who is enthusiastic, suitably qualified and with the commitment to work supporting our learners with additional needs. The successful applicant will need to have experience in previous school administration and be confident in using SIMS management systems. Good communication skills, efficient execution of office duties and support in the development of management systems such as filing, emails, telephone calls and minute-taking will be essential skills. Some familiarity with the work of a SEND department and SIMS would be preferable.

Assistant SENCo
 

Start date: ASAP

Salary: NJC Grade E Points 15-20 (£23,541-£25,991 Full Time Equivalent)

Hours:  37.5  hours per week, 39 weeks per year, term time only (0800-1600 Monday-Friday).

Plympton Academy is looking to appoint an Assistant SENCo to join our successful team to assist in leading and managing the provision of Special Educational Needs learning support; and to take on the role of Assistant SENCo to support high quality learning, teaching, and behaviour, effective use of resources, and high standards of achievement and progress for all students at the Academy.

Under the direction of the SENCo, you will oversee the day to day running and function of the SEN team. You will have the experience of coordinating and delivering a range of SEN interventions and have knowledge and experience of working with SEND students in a variety of settings.
