Food allergies and intolerances: whilst children in Secondary School are deemed able to self- manage their dietary requirements, should you have any concerns please contact the medical diet nutrition team directly via this email address.
As we use shared equipment in a busy environment, some products might not be suitable for those with severe allergies, and we can't guarantee that any of our dishes are totally allergen free.
All your child needs to do is download the fusion mobile app to their phone, register for an account and pop in their onboarding code. Their Parentpay account just needs to be credited and they are ready to place an order.
For any pupils who don't have the code, have lost it or are having other problems, please contact the school and we will be happy to resend the code or reset their account.
If you do not have a smart phone, you can access the service online-
https://fusion.crbcunninghams.co.uk/
Note that when you pay money into your lunch account on ParentPay it can take ten minutes or longer for it to appear in the Fusion app. Please do not expect money that is transferred at lunchtime to be available within Fusion that lunchtime.

Free school meals provide eligible students with a free school meal each day. Qualifying students are also entitled to additional support through the funding the Academy receives. To qualify, families should be in receipt one or more of the qualifying benefits:
All applications are processed through Plymouth City Council and can be made at any time throughout the year via a short online form https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/freeschoolmeals. Plymouth City Council is able to check your eligibility online, therefore minimising the need to provide proof of your entitlement. If through a change of circumstances such as being furloughed your son/daughter is eligible for free school meals and you would like assistance with completing the form or any questions regarding the free school meal process, please don’t hesitate to contact me via the email.
Following a recent government announcement on Free School Meals (FSM) will continue throughout the summer holidays, there will be no need for children who already have a current free school meal claim to resubmit an additional application for FSM.
If you would like assistance with completing the form or any questions regarding the Free School Meal process or Pupil Premium, please contact Mr McCormack Assistant Principal mccormackp@plympton.academy
